Dear Partners,<\/span><\/p>\n

The uncertainty caused by the pandemic at the beginning of 2022 started to give way to hope and recovery in April. After a series of successful launches, new partnerships, and expansion, we have not only ensured sustainable growth for our partners but also helped them surpass 2019 numbers and break new records. We believe that technology is the key compass to setting sail in the right direction, and our adaptive and visionary technology will continue to guide the way in 2023.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We had forecasted that 2022 would be a full-speed gallop for HotelRunner, and time has proven us right. We were <\/span>simultaneously <\/span>launching new products, growing our ranks with new talents joining our global team, and expanding our partnership base with thousands of accommodation properties of all sizes, travel agencies, payment systems, meta-search platforms, technology partners, and developer communities from all around the world. <\/span>Attending 20+ key global events and exhibitions stretching from North Africa to North America, we seized the opportunity to observe the contemporary challenges across the globe and took an active role in the conversation on the future of the hospitality industry.<\/span><\/p>\n

In 2022, we have demonstrated our influential product development skills by introducing the AI-driven business intelligence platform \u2018<\/span>Insights<\/span><\/a>\u2019. As the paradigm shift in the travel industry is becoming evident, our leading products are becoming more relevant than ever. We believe HotelRunner\u2019s products and services, crowned with many <\/span>awards and recognitions<\/span><\/a>, are integral to the future, and are proud of our contribution to the industry.<\/span><\/p>\n

Another announcement that grabbed the headlines was our <\/span>strategic partnership<\/span><\/a> with Wix.com (NASDAQ: WIX). As part of this partnership, Wix\u2019s solution for the hospitality industry has been redeveloped and launched with its new name \u201cWix Hotels by HotelRunner\u201d. A key milestone last year was the <\/span>signing of an MoU<\/span><\/a> with Morocco’s National Tourism Confederation, and Hospitality Web Services to digitalize Morocco’s tourism industry. Delivering a potent performance in new partnerships and strengthening existing ones this year prepared us for HotelRunner\u2019s further growth in the US and LATAM in the year ahead.<\/span><\/p>\n

We plan to add new talents and partners to our community to join us in building the future of hospitality in 2023. We will cement our leading position in the high-tech market through growth that is fueled by the rise of travel and talents\u2019 unique combination.<\/span><\/p>\n
