  • For customers (property owners): Customers can request the deletion of their personal data by reaching out directly to our administration team. Only HotelRunner administrators have the ability to delete accounts or data for customers. This ensures that sensitive administrative roles are managed securely.
  • For customers’ (property owner’s) users: Users can request the deletion of their data by contacting the customer who holds the «property owner» role within the sales and channel manager platform. The customer is entitled to delete user accounts and their associated data upon request.

The request should include:

  • Your full name and contact details;
  • A clear statement specifying which data you wish to have deleted.

Upon receipt of your request, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity to ensure the legitimacy of the request. We may ask for additional information or documentation necessary to complete this process. Once a request is submitted, HotelRunner will take the necessary actions in a timely manner to ensure that the requested data is deleted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
