Let’s bring a little clarity to our hiring process.

Evaluation process

Our People & Culture team and the relevant managers will take a careful look at your application to see how your experience, skills, and personality line up with the role.

Get-to-know-you chat

If your background, or your field of study if you’re a recent graduate, aligns with the role, we’ll set up our first conversation. It’s a relaxed, introductory chat where we walk you through our culture and the way we work, and we get the chance to learn more about you, your motivations, and what makes you tick. And of course, you can ask us anything you’re curious about, too.

Technical deep dive

In this stage, you’ll meet with the department managers and technical teams. We’ll dive deeper into your areas of expertise, your approach to problem-solving, and your professional experience.

Role-based assessment

For certain specialized roles, we ask you to complete a case study, project, or short practical task based on a scenario. This step helps us see how you approach problems in practice and gives insight into your strategic thinking and fit for the role.

Final review & offer

Once all the steps are complete, our recruitment team conducts a thorough review. If there’s a good match between expectations and experience, we move forward with a job offer and welcome you to the team!

From day one, an experienced member of our team will be assigned as your Buddy. They’ll show you the ropes, answer your questions, and make sure you feel right at home.
