Evaluation process

All applications are reviewed in detail by our People and Culture team and the relevant department managers. We assess suitability for the requirements of the open position based on the expectations of the role.

Get-to-know-you chat

When your valuable career background or field of study as a recent graduate aligns with our job opportunity, we will schedule our first meeting together. At this stage, we aim to get to know you better while sharing our company culture and working principles.

Technical interview

In this interview with our department managers and technical teams, your areas of expertise, strategic roadmaps, and professional experience will be discussed in detail.

Role-based assessment

For certain roles that require expertise, a case study, or a project based on real-world scenarios may be requested. This stage aims to assess your fit for the role and gives insight into your strategic thinking skills.

Final review & offer

Once all stages are complete and expectations are mutually aligned, we’ll be happy to invite you to join our team with a job offer.
