What is the HotelRunner AI Access Program?

It's a partner program that gives AI bots, assistants, voice agents and agent providers direct API access to HotelRunner's Booking Engine. Partners can provide live hotel search, real-time availability and pricing, and booking inside their own AI travel product, at global scale.

Yes. The Booking Engine API is a programmatic interface, so it behaves the same whether your product is text, voice or a mix of both. It returns structured hotel data that your assistant can render on screen or read aloud, and the booking is completed through the same handoff or native flow either way. The channel is yours to design; the inventory, availability, pricing and booking layer is what HotelRunner provides.
Hotel search by destination, dates, guests and filters; real-time availability; rate and pricing information; hotel content such as descriptions, amenities, images and metadata; and booking engine handoff. Advanced integrations add full booking funnel integration and reservation access.
AI Connect covers core hotel shopping and booking access: search, availability, rates, basic hotel content, booking handoff, sandbox and standard documentation. AI Commerce includes everything in AI Connect and adds higher rate limits and concurrency, priority API access, full booking funnel integration, reservation lookup, detail and status, advanced reporting, dedicated technical support with an SLA, and upsell and cross-sell capabilities.
Yes. Real-time availability queries and rate and pricing retrieval are part of both integration paths, so your assistant can answer with what's actually bookable right now.
Both paths support a seamless handoff into HotelRunner's booking engine. Full booking funnel integration, which completes the booking inside your own product, is part of AI Commerce.
Yes. AI Commerce partners can use reservation lookup, detail and status. Personally identifiable information (PII) is excluded from all Reservation API responses.
Yes. A full sandbox environment for development and testing is part of the program, alongside standard API documentation and integration guides.
All partners receive standard API documentation, integration guides, dedicated account management and integration support. AI Commerce adds dedicated technical support with an SLA and optional custom integration consulting. Partners also gain access to HotelRunner's business support and marketing benefits, including a HotelRunner Store listing and co-branded campaigns.
